Silkworms at the Korean Market

I always wonder how I can incorporate bugs into my meals. One way for me to do this would be using silkworms in my meals because I have access to canned silkworms at my local Korean market. But as of now, eating crickets and mealworms is enough. I really don't think I could handle eating something moist and even juicy. I have a feeling that it will explode in my mouth like a gusher if I bite down on it, and that does not seem appetizing at all for me. 


Before I work in such an ingredient into my diet, I need to work in other things that I am more comfortable with. I need to use a foot in the door sort of strategy.
