Cricket Brownies

I really like Ghirardelli brownies. I also have cricket powder. So what do I do? Yes, I combine the two.  I am no longer squeamish about bugs anymore. But for people who are still struggling with eating bugs, a powdered form of bugs would be a good way to begin practicing entomophagy. With powder, you can do all kinds of things. You can make pancakes, baked goods, mix it in a smoothie, etc. I used a little bit of the cricket powder in my brownie mix. When it was finished, out of the oven, and in my mouth, I noticed that the brownie's texture and flavor stayed consistent with all of the other Ghirardelli brownies I have baked before. Delicious.
